Pricing

Thank you for your interest in renting the Hemlock House. We believe that your vacation planning should be as stress-free and relaxing as your vacation itself. To keep things simple, we have decided to rent the Hemlock House using a single rate. The rate does not change or vary based on the time of year (no increased rate for holidays) or for multi-night stays. Please keep that in mind when making your reservations.

Rental Rate: $500 per night

Reservation & Payment Policy

Deposit - It is our policy to obtain a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of your visit upon confirmation of your reservation. The deposit should be received within seven business days of your reservation request or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Balance - The remainder of your balance must be received at least 30 days prior to your arrival at the Hemlock House or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Reservation Confirmation - Upon receiving your initial reservation request, we will temporarily hold your reservation until the deposit has been processed. After the deposit has been processed, we will firm up your reservation and send you a confirmation letter or email.

Payment Methods - We accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards via paypal for all transactions.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in kindness and fairness at the Hemlock House. Therefore, we have made a cancellation policy that we believe is fair to both parties involved.

Cancellations may be made up to 30 calendar days prior to the expected date of your visit without any financial penalty. Send all cancellation requests to reservations.

Cancellations made less than 30 calendar days prior to the expected date of your visit will result in a cancellation fee equal to that of your initial deposit.
